I've been considering starting up a forum for a while now and after talks with a friend we've managed to get something going. I wanted to create a UK and European based forum where members can share thoughts, ideas and experiences of all things to do with lightweight backpacking. There's going to be a lot of chat about kit, off the shelf stuff, MYOG and cottage industry offerings, discussions about all manner of hiking from footwear to camp food recipes.
I hope it grows into something that's both a useful resource as well as a nice place to hang out, as time goes on and if traffic increases, we'll add further areas of interest as well as the existing forums. If you think this might be something you're interested in, pop your head in and say hello.
